Once upon a time, in a land called Oz, there was a place called Knock Knock Children’s Museum.
This was a place that children came to play, learn and explore. Dazzled by all the colors, shapes and imaginative spaces, they were filled with curiosity and wanted to learn more. Also drawn to this place were the children at heart. Grownups were enchanted by this emerald place, and their minds became filled with childhood memories of play.
Wanting more, the grownups desired an opportunity to call this place their own. Then one magical night, they followed a yellow brick road…we invite you to help us finish this story.
The story we tell here is a story of wanting to help all children develop a love of learning through igniting their curiosity and imagination. By supporting the Knock Knock Children’s Museum and its event, Storybook Soirée, you are helping the museum in its mission to be a community spark for engaging, playful learning experiences that inspire and support lifelong learning.
Proceeds from the event provide critical funding for the museum’s operations, including meeting ongoing educational and program needs.
The Storybook Soiree will be held at Knock Knock Children's Museum on Friday, October 4th. Ticket prices start at $50 and can be purchased online now at knockknockmuseum.org. With the purchase of a Poppy ticket, you will be able to choose a ruby from Knock Knock’s own field of Poppies. If you choose wisely, you could walk away with a 6ct. Oval Ruby.
